Who We Are

Nicole Muehlenhaus’ career has been shaped by connecting communities. Growing up bilingual gave her an early education in navigating between worlds, a skill she deepened during a year in Japan as a Rotary International Scholar and formalized with a BA in International Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Over 20+ years at University of Wisconsin-Madison, AFS, Otto Bock Healthcare, Cascade Designs, Bodypoint, and Ergotron, she's led global management, sales, and marketing teams across the American Midwest, West Coast, Germany, and Japan. Whether launching products across continents or building international teams, Nicole has developed a sixth sense for what works across cultures and what doesn't.

Today, she channels her passion for continuous improvement, music, and origin stories into a consulting practice built on diverse perspectives. She's assembled a network of practitioners who bring international experience and cultural curiosity to every project—because the most valuable expertise is knowing how things work differently in different places.
