Nicole Muehlenhaus

Nicole Muehlenhaus built her career at the intersection of culture, strategy, and execution — a combination that is rarer than sounds and more valuable than most organizations realize.

Growing up bilingual and spending a formative year in Japan as a Rotary International Scholar, Nicole earned her BA in International Relations at the University of Wisconsin, Madison — and never stopped crossing borders. Over two decades, she led global product management, sales, and marketing teams at Ottobock, Ergotron, Cascade Designs, Bodypoint, and AFS, working across the U.S., German, Japan, and subsidiaries throughout Europe and Asia.

She founded Quello on a belief her career confirmed: that most effective organizations succeed not because of their strategy documents, but because they deeply understand the people and dynamics that make strategy come alive. She holds CSPA and CSM certifications, brings fluency in German, French, and Japanese to cross-cultural engagements, and leads every client relationship with the same orientation — go to the source, tell the truth and stay until it works.

Amanda Erdman

Amanda Erdman has spent 20+ years leading organizations through their most complex moments — building the strategies, systems, and people that hold when pressure is highest.

At Cornell University, Augsburg University, and Saint John’s University, she served as an institutional leader responsible for strategy, operations, crisis response, compliance, and organizational optimization across communities of thousands. She directed mid-sized teams of professionals, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and shaped policy at the executive and board level — earning recognition including Cornell’s Andrew Dickson White Administrator of the Year and Alice H. Cook & Constance E. Cook Recognition Award both highlighting excellence and leadership.

Amanda serves as Quello’s Lead Executive Coach, bringing a Master of Education, WAVR-21 workplace risk certification, Title IX Coordination, ad 235 hours of yoga including restorative training currently pursuing ICF-credentialing coaching - disciplines that together give her a distinctive edge: the ability to meet executives at the level of how they think, decide, and lead under sustained pressure.
