Who We Are
After a year in Japan as a Rotary Internation Scholar, Nicole Muehlenhaus earned her BA in International Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Thereafter she launched a 20+ year career in global and cultural organizations while living in the American Midwest, West Coast and Germany.
At Otto Bock Healthcare, Cascade Designs, Bodypoint, and Ergotron she has held global product management, sales and marketing leadership roles. Nicole has successfully launched products & services globally, developed teams and refined processes to drive sustained growth in B2B and B2C markets and non-profit organizations, particularly in the U.S., Germany and Japan.
Threading her passion for continuous improvement, music and origin stories, she has woven together a unique consulting business with a deep bench of equally unique human thinkers and do-ers.
